Terms and Conditions.
These are the terms and conditions for shopping with N9nnas.dk.
It is important that you read all the descriptions of the products and check measurements before purchasing, because there are no refunds or returns.
All products are handmade, and made to order, which means that there will be slight imperfections.
When ordering posters and other prints, shipping will take a bit longer, because they are ordered from an independent printing firm.
When ordering custom made cards, decorations and/or larger orders you also need to allow more time for production. This is a one person business and with big orders or several orders at once, there might be some waiting time. I will do my very best to finish every order quickly and will keep you updated through email. Please make sure that you have given the correct email adress.
Everything will be shipped with PostNord A/S unless the customer have special requests. If the preferred courier is more expensive than PostNord A/S you will be expected to pay the difference.
Most (almost all) of the products will be made, when ordered.
You should always order well in advance of the date you need the product, because N9nnas.dk is my secondary activity and shipping can be slow (PostNord A/S is not fast, but reliable). Other circumstances can also get in the way, e.g. postal strikes, flash flooding or other natural disasters. I will do my best to keep you updated when I have news about shipping/production.
Everything will be shipped in repurposed boxes, in order to be environmentally conscious and keep handling costs down.

I reserve the rights to change product and shipping prices at any time, to allow for changes in shipping, handling and production costs.
All prices are in DKK and includes tax and VAT.
I reserve the rights to cancel or refuse any and all orders that I cannot or will not fulfil on account of it being hateful or discriminating towards any group, reilgion or individual in any way.
I also reserve the right to end communication with individuals or businesses that choose to interact in demeaning, disrespectful, discriminating, hurtful or otherwise unfriendly way.
Payments will be handled by PayPal, using their terms and conditions.
